This site is operated by Rim2Rim Tire Centre Ltd., trading as Rim2Rim Tire, 7 S Railway St, Okotoks, AB T1S 1A4. Using it means accepting the terms below. If you have a question about them, call (403) 938-3110 or write to info@rim2rim.ca.

Pricing and availability

Prices shown through the tire search are live from our supplier feeds and can change without notice. Availability is not a promise: some lines are on our shelf and some are ordered in, usually within a day or two, and we will tell you which is which. A price becomes firm when we confirm your order.

Where we describe what work costs, we mean the installed total: tires, mounting, balancing, valves, disposal and tax. If a job turns out to need something we did not quote, we call you before doing it.

Online orders

Tire ordering and payment on this site are provided by TireConnect. Placing an order there also puts you under TireConnect's own terms and its payment processor's terms. Any deposit taken at the time of order is applied to your invoice when the work is done. Cancellations and refunds on a special-order product depend on what the supplier allows, and we will tell you the position before you commit.

Fitment and vehicle information

Vehicle and size lookups on this site come from third-party fitment data and are a starting point, not a guarantee. The authority for your vehicle is the placard inside the driver's door. If you order a size that does not suit your vehicle, we will call you rather than fit it.

Information on this site

The guides and service pages are general information written for driving conditions in the Foothills. They are not a substitute for looking at your actual vehicle. Nothing on this site creates a warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides and what we say in writing on your invoice. Our warranty page explains how tire coverage works.

Third-party links

We link to manufacturer sites and other third parties where it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Content and trademarks

The text, photography and design on this site belong to us. Brand names, logos and product names belong to their manufacturers and are used to describe the products we sell. You are welcome to link to any page here; please do not copy the content wholesale.

Limits

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or never offline. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the work we actually perform on your vehicle, which stands on its own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed.
