Flat Tire Repair in the Foothills

What thirty-four winters on Railway Street taught us about this job.

Gravel is the Foothills' puncture machine. Range roads, construction on the new subdivisions, and the shoulders of Highway 7 all throw stones and screws, and the chip seal on the county roads does its share. The other local specialty is the slow leak that shows up in October: a bead that seals fine at plus fifteen and weeps at minus ten. Cold shrinks the air in the tire too, so a light that comes on after the first frost is often just pressure, not a puncture. Either way, bring it in before it goes flat on the highway, because a tire driven any distance flat is nearly always finished.

Can you fix a sidewall or a run-flat?
